At this point it would be easy to clean it up, though it would take more time.
I’d use the stamp tool (maybe healing brush) and dodge tool in Photoshop to blend in the pixels that are a bit lighter and darker than the rest.
An adjustment to the vibrance, levels and curve.
But as it is, I say it’s plenty good for anyone that needs a replacement cover.
