It’s a BestBuy only Limited Steelbook sold only in the United Staates and “out of Stock” this Time. I found it in a Picturesearch with Bing. It’s a tribute to the Comic- Artist Dave Gibbons and his Design. I think he is the founder of “Kingsman” in a Comic, like “The Walking Dead” by Robert Kirkman.
