His Dark Materials Audiobook

I’vee been asked for this disk more than once now but only have ‘His Dark Materials’ on a USB Drive and wanted to put them on a DVD. There’s a label here on the website but it’s Dutch and for the TV version that’s currently run on BBC 1 on Sunday nights. I’ve got the:-

The Northern Lights
The Subtle Knife
The Amber Spyglass

I’m sure there was an original disk with these 3 titles on it in a DVD cover but I can’t find it anywhere. Does anyone have it?
